Natalie Weaver

Intake Coordinator

“I'm the one who calls you back. My job is to listen first, then figure out who on our team is the right fit — not to sell you anything.”

[PLACEHOLDER: phone hours]

Getting started

Tell us a little. We'll take it from there.

Fill out the form or call either office. Natalie, our intake coordinator, will reach out within one business day to understand what's going on and confirm your coverage. No commitment, no pressure.

Preview only. This form does not send information.

We'll call from a 510 or 415 number.

Who is this for?
Age of the person seeking care
Preferred way to meet

A sentence or two is plenty. Please don't include medical details here.

Best time to reach you

We respond within one business day. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. If this is an emergency, call 911.

What happens next

Your next two weeks, roughly

  1. Within one business day

    The call

Natalie calls to hear what's going on, answer your questions, and take your insurance details. About fifteen minutes.

  2. Within a few days

    Benefits verified

Our billing team confirms your coverage and tells you what, if anything, you'll owe per session before you commit to anything.

  3. Within a week or two

    Your match

We pair you with a clinician by need, age, language, location, and schedule. You'll get their name and a first appointment.

[PLACEHOLDER: typical wait to first session]

  4. First sessions

    Assessment

Usually a few sessions to build a clear picture. For teens and children, parents or caregivers meet with the clinician first.

  5. Ongoing

    A plan that ends

Treatment is tailored to you and reviewed as you go. The goal is to leave therapy with what you need, not to stay indefinitely.

Who can reach out

Anyone can make the first call

For yourself

You don't need a diagnosis, a referral, or a clear explanation. "Something's not right" is enough to start.

For your child or teen

Parents and caregivers start the process. Your teen doesn't need to agree yet; we'll help with that.

[PLACEHOLDER: confirm teen consent flow]

For someone you care for

A partner, a parent, an adult child. We'll talk with you first and involve them when they're ready.

Cost and coverage

What it costs

If you're insured
We're in network with Kaiser, Medicare, Optum / United Health, Aetna, and county Medi-Cal plans across the Bay Area. We verify your benefits before your first session so there are no surprises.
If you're not sure
Tell us your plan. Our billing team will check and call you back with a clear answer.
If you're paying privately
[PLACEHOLDER: private-pay rate and sliding-scale policy]
Referrals
[PLACEHOLDER: referral policy per plan]

Before you send

Three things that won't happen

You won't be sold to.

The call is to understand what you need and whether we're the right fit. Sometimes we'll refer you elsewhere.

You won't be locked in.

A consultation is not a commitment. You decide after you know your clinician and your cost.

You won't be left waiting.

One business day. If you haven't heard from us, call either office and ask for intake.

Common questions

Things people ask before they reach out

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Tell us your plan and we'll let you know. [PLACEHOLDER: referral policy per plan]

Can I choose my clinician?

Yes. We'll recommend a match and share their profile. If it's not right, say so and we'll try again.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

[PLACEHOLDER: scheduling availability]

Is video therapy as effective as in person?

For most concerns, yes. Many of our clients mix both. Your clinician will tell you if in-person is important for your situation.

Do you have Spanish-speaking clinicians?

Yes. Let us know your language preference and we'll match accordingly.

What if I'm in crisis right now?

Please don't wait for a callback. Call or text 988, or call 911 if someone is in immediate danger.

Ready when you are.

The form is at the top of this page. Or call either office and ask for intake.
